The ITSM add-on enables you joining full-automated human resources management.
It’s supports nearly each shape of onboarding, movement and offboarding and allows you to manage different complex infrastructures with one central solution.

Features and added value:
• Scheduling for the automatic provision of services for employee entries/movements/offboardings
• Multiple naming and password conventions can be defined individually for each domain in the interface and checked in a preview
• The initial password is either predefined or generated individually for each user according to specifications such as minimum, maximum length and complexity
• The “New employee” workflow also creates an MS Exchange or MS Office 365 mailbox for the new user
• Existing authorization groups, including their description from the Active Directory, are automatically made available as catalog items in the Matrix42 system
• Additional workflows such as “User Offboarding” are included to list, document and deactivate consumed services on the software side
• In the future, employee relocations can be planned precisely to ensure that the corresponding authorizations are not forgotten after a department leaves or changes
• Every automatism is fully documentatet as request for change ticket, to be fully informed at any time
• Any time-controlled service provisioning is possible centrally and thus offers maximum flexibility

Technical requirements:
• Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management (the standard
supported versions)
• The account must be able to be created via Powershell
• Exchange server management tools in the respective Exchange version (under Exchange provisioning)
• Office 365 management/Powershell tools (under Office365 provisioning)
• Powershell management tools for the respective system (if not MS Exchange or MS Office 365)
