The ITSM add-on enables scheduled service provisioning, so the provisioning of each service can be planned and assigned at the right time.

The extension enables you to install, repair and uninstall each service at a defined timeframe and comes with a lot of extra functionality to support your processes.

With a bundle of additional web-services, it’s the perfect addition for integrating 3rd-party applications to your enterprise servicemanagement.

Out of the box this addons supports you to add a queued scheduled uninstallation by adding an installation (for example for temparary access-rights or software-usage).

The product by default comes with a lot of useful assistance and additional functionalities to get your services to your customers at the right time.

Technical requirements:
• Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management (the standard
supported versions)

This installation for up to the number of current Matrix42 licenses.
