The iOS App offers a bidirectional interface to the Matrix42 Software Asset Management solution
and supports among others the following use cases:

  • Create larger delivery quantites or individual new assets quickly and easily via app and barcode scan
  • Simplify asset delivery and return process
  • Update existing assets, such as general and commercial data, photos of invoices, delivery bills, add workstations directly as attachments
  • Retrieve asset details adhoc via barcode / QR code scan or manuel search
  • Send barcode / QR code to a Zebra printer for printing
  • Create new inventory lists and display the current state of the inventories at any time
  • Take inventory via Bluetooth handheld scanner or smartphone camera
  • Scan barcode / QR code in front of an office, room or workstation and display the target state directly in the app. Mark everything as inventories with one click
  • Create a Quick-Ticket for an asset
