The ITSM add-on organizes and manages project schedules in Matrix42 Workspace Management. Maintenance and management of tasks and schedules are done centrally and web-based via our project planning customizations.

• Centralized work at the project and work package level in the ticket system
• Effort estimates for tickets
• Project extracts from the WSM
• Work package editing (combining multiple tickets into one package)
• Calendar views
• Maintenance of dependencies
• Communication even without direct ticket system access

• Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management
(the versions supported in the standard)
• innomea WebAPI (provided free of charge for this innomea add-on)
